Domestic Shipping Only
We ship nationwide within Vietnam through our delivery partners. No restriction on geography, service hours, customer eligibility, or order quantity applies to orders placed within Vietnam — the only limit is the stock actually shown on each product page.
We currently ship within Vietnam only.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed. For pre-order or made-to-order items, production times may vary. Estimated lead times will be stated on the product page.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation via email or your preferred contact method, along with tracking information if available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We ship with Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) and Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK). The carrier is responsible for keeping the tracking record on its own system up to date; we pass you the carrier name and tracking number once your parcel is handed over, and we deal with the carrier on your behalf if that record goes wrong.
Package Inspection
You may inspect your parcel before accepting it: check quantity, model, colour and size against your order, and check the condition of the item and its packaging. Sealed items may be opened for inspection in the courier's presence; trying the item on or using it is not part of an inspection. If anything is wrong, refuse the parcel (in whole or in part), have the courier record it, and email us within 24 hours with photos. If you accept a parcel without inspecting it, please film yourself opening it — that footage is the main evidence we can act on for a missing or broken item.
Pricing
All prices shown on this website are the final selling price in Vietnamese Đồng and include VAT, unless a product page states otherwise. They do not include the shipping fee, which depends on your address and the size of the parcel and is paid directly to the courier on delivery — the total you pay here covers the goods only. This platform does not rent out storefronts and charges no third-party selling fees.
Payment
We currently accept payments via VietQR and bank transfer through participating Vietnamese banks. Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. If payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Refunds — whether from a cancelled order, an out-of-stock item, or an approved return — are sent by bank transfer back to the account the payment came from, within 5–7 business days of the resolution being agreed. We do not refund in cash or to a third party's account.
Returns & Exchanges
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our fulfillment process, we'll arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Digital products and downloadable files.

Đình Collective is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Complaints, requests and claims are received by email at weare.dinh@gmail.com (the official channel), by phone or Zalo on +84 901 3646 97 during working hours, or by Instagram message. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 working hours, verify it against the order, payment and tracking records — working with the carrier where needed — and answer in writing by email with a resolution or a stated reason for refusing. Simple issues are resolved within 3 business days, returns and faulty goods within 7 business days, refunds within 5–7 business days, and complex claims requiring third-party verification within 30 days with progress updates at least every 7 days. If you disagree with the outcome you may ask us to review it once within 7 days; unresolved disputes fall under (Governing Law), and you retain your right to raise the matter with the competent consumer-protection authority.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website should first be resolved through good-faith discussion between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law.

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Process and fulfill orders;
- Communicate regarding purchases;

Data Retention
Order data is kept for as long as the order is being fulfilled and for at least 12 months afterwards, so that warranty, return and complaint requests can be handled. Complaint correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the complaint is closed. Accounting, tax and invoice records are kept for the period Vietnamese accounting law requires (typically 10 years), even where deletion has been requested. After those periods the data is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Your Rights
This site has no customer accounts, so there is nothing to log into and edit. Requests to see, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data are handled by email at weare.dinh@gmail.com: we verify your identity against the order number and the email or phone used to place it, then send you a copy of what we hold (or confirm the correction) within 7 business days. Deletion requests are acknowledged within 24 working hours and carried out within 15 days, with an email confirming what was deleted — except for records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting and tax documents or evidence in an open dispute, whose processing we restrict to that purpose instead.
